After moving a few workstations around for Karen Walrath, I had followed up
and checked on the integrity of the systems. Karen had told me that the VS3100
with the VR299 color monitor was receiving an error message, from time to
time stating that "vmunix: sg0: sgiinit: event overflow was happening. This
rang a bell with me. This message was reported last week, around 9/10 from a
vs3100 (VR299 monitor) in 7-321. Investigating a little furthur, it was
discovered that in the /usr/adm messages file, all 4 of the above mentioned
workstations in 7-321 were receiving these errors. The symptom of the error
freezes the workstation for a short period of time. Could someone from the
'op' group furthur investigate this problem???
                    Thanks Much,
                               --Lou
