Subject: further investigation on blanket
Date: Fri, 18 Sep 92 09:41:27 EDT
I've looked on blanket (which you can get to remotely via rlogin
from m11-226-p) and there's nothing being logged on the machine
vis syslog to the messages file. I couldn't get uerf to print a report,
but the date on the syserr.blanket file is pretty old so it's
probably not being updated.
I did notice that ls keeps core dumping.
I spoke with john doherty and he said that so far 11280 is the
only block reported as bad. But there seems to be a lot of other
problems with the drive. (/etc/pac /vmb.exe)
Someone should, very carefully! :), run rqbads.
