Helen (3600) won't boot, fails disk controller diags

lease call DEC ASAP on Helen; it was worked on on Friday (call B92317),
but it stopped working sometime before Sunday afternoon. (It didn't log
any messages, and it isn't bootable, so it's hard to say exactly when
it stopped working.)
Symptoms:
- it fails to boot
- the console was continuously scrolling error characters; control-S
and control-Q show no useful messages
- both before and after power cycling the CPU and disabling the disks,
it failed two tests that involve the disk controller:
t 81 (it gave "Normal operation is not possible")
sh dev (for UQSSP Disk Controller, it gave "-?")
Current state:
Halted
This is a critical file server, and since this failure may be related to the
work that was done on Friday, I think this problem should get top priority
from DEC.
