Would someone please log into menelaus and fix the problem with the
afs-bugs discuss meeting? It apparently was moved, and the hostname in
the "forwarding pointer" file is not canonicalized (this results in
the inability to get to the new location for the meeting from hosts not
in the MIT.EDU domain).
see bugs #9867 for more details, if you like.

I suggest you send mail to hotline and ask them to canonicalize the
new host name in the .forward file.
When doing so, it might also be a good idea to mention what host the
.forward file is on, since you omitted that bit of information from
your bug report, and it's easily accessible to you (in your .meetings
file).
I don't think there's a bug in discuss here, because it's not at all
obvious to me that discuss should do anything funky like default the
domain of the host in the .forward file to the domain of the original
meeting host.
