I am a (new) cluster manager and I would like help with a problem before it
starts. This Saturday (7-noon) there is a scheduled power outage. What should I
do to prepare for this? I take it someone must shut the machines here down
remotely (say Friday night) and then I should physically turn them off. But how
do we coordinate this?  What else should I know?

The machines here are m20b-219a-p (printer server), ergo and an rvd server.
There is also a non-athena machine cogito for dialing up. 

Getting this straighten out early would be helpful to me since I should contact
users.
