Hi Rita!

Umm...Remember I said our printer "worked fine, but had a few quirks"?
Well, I had to reboot the server, and it wouldn't come back on-line.
I hooked up a VT125 to the console port to check out what it had to say,
and here it is:

So, we have no printer.  Brian Melanson said he'd take care of it, but I
believe he is on vacation.  Though it is summer, we still make lots of use
of Chug, and it is sorely missed when it is down.  I believe Brian said the
hard disk crashed when he tried to update the server less than a week ago.
I hope you can help us get our printer back, with or without the latest
software...  Thanks in advance.
