Jerry had noticed a small leak coming from a pipe on the ceiling. I had called
Plant at approx. 6:00 p.m. A few hours had past, and JJ placed another call to
them. Well, it wasn't until 10:00 p.m. when the operation center contacted
Ron Hoffmann, who contacted me. I had met Plant down in 1-142 to discuss the
problem. The chilled water pipe shutoff valves are experiencing condensation.
A work order has been placed to insulate these pipes. Work Oder # 495760.
