mint-chocolate-chip (in 11-221) can not activate. When I try to
login, the console appears and says "Waiting for workstation to finish
activating..." Soon, a error window appears saying "Workstation failed
to activate, contact Athena ops." Neither killing the X-server nor
hitting the yellow-reset button fixed the problem.
The machine appears to be unable to contact hesiod. When I
tried to send mail to "hotline" from mint, it could not resolve the
address.
