I saw the message that John Chase sent to Lynn Reid and Lois Bennett re their
AthenaService not being paid up, and therefore no athena service. I've had a
conversation with John Tchernoff, in which I told him to send you a Req for
the amount quoted, even though he was going to return some of the VSII's as
trade-ins for maxines. But I don't believe that he has Req authority for
Lois Bennett's machines. All of his machines are in buildings 1 and 5. Who
is the billing contact there, and do you need help in straightening that out?
I'd like to see this particular problem resolved ASAP, as I don't want to
intentionally frustrate the folks in Civil (or in this case, Parsons Lab) for
something that is no fault of their own. Please keep me filled in on what is
happening with this particular case.
