On cluster patrol I found this system with no image on the monitor. I
tried adjusting brightness and contrast and power cycling the monitor. I then took
a monitor from another workstation and tested it on #7. The other monitor worked
fine. I have left a note on #7.
Here is information for placing a service call.

This is a DECstation 3100 with a VR262 monitor.
