request swap of RT "jefferson" with vaxstation 3100 "mies"

As part of our fall deployment of workstations for students in Architecture and
Planning, we need to move around some workstations. I will be sending one mail
message per workstation to keep accounting simple.
1. N52-431 has a monochrome RT named "jefferson". It is being replaced by
a Maxine but we want all the Maxines in Building 9. So, we want to move
the color vaxstation "Mies" to from Building 9 to N52-431.
That seems to require:
- edit /etc/athena/rc.conf to switch names and network addresses.
- turn both machines off.
- change hesiod and moira and so on so that "Jefferson" is a vaxstation
3100 and "Mies" a monochrome RT.
- move the two machines.
- Turn them on.

I really want to do whatever is simplest or takes the least paperwork, or both.

above. Please let me know what to ask and of whom to make it all happen before
school starts.
