The printer 'electra' in Bldg 37 is malfunctioning.
The pages that it prints out are shifted down roughly 0.5 inches.
The result is that 0.5 inches of text is not printed to the page and is lost.
I noticed this yesterday, and today as well. The last three files that
I printed there came out chopped.
