Hi Linda,
I just checked the database to verify a serial number of a system with
hardware problems.
The serial number is: WF63508323.
The system was found in the database. However, in the comment field,
was listed: "To be replaced."
What does this mean?
Do we have the okay to go ahead and call DEC for service to this
machine?
