- The new Central Printing Service is now in production and will need various
mods for some time to come. This will require significant time from Rocklyn.
- Need to get all team members working 20% time on team tasks

COEUS
COEUS Goals for December 2001 ("c" indicates carryover):

- Source code freeze for Coeus 3.8 should happen in first week of December
- testing of Coeus 3.8 by users at OSP
- Release Coeus 3.8 to OSP
- Migrate test database to Coeus 3.8
- Work on installers for Coeus 3.8
c Continue Java learning exercise
COEUS Accomplishments for December 2001:

- Coeus 3.8 Source code is frozen now
- Coeus 3.8 is being tested by OSp office for last 3 weeks.
- Fixed all bugs reported so far
- Test database is migrated to 3.8. OSP is testing Coeus against the
new test database
COEUS Goals for January 2002:

- Release Coeus 3.8 to OSP office (Weekend of 1/18)
- Upgrade Coeus production server to 3.8
- Build installers for Mac and windows
- Port Coeus 3.8 to Mac
- Test Mac version of Coues 3.8

c Resolve problems using Internet Explorer to create requisitions in SAPweb

- Fix JavaScript problem when using Internet Explorer to access SAPweb
SAPweb Accomplishments for December 2001:

** This part couldn't finish in December billing because users needed more
time to clean database.
TNS Accomplishments for December 2001:

- Fixed 24 Service Orders.
- Produced 7 ad-hoc reports.
- Made 1 new client installation.
- Continued working on the procedures to load MOIRA IPs into TNS billing.
