Accomplishments past period:
----------------------------
* Suspended archiving activities in the staging system (SF3) during the
quarterly infrastructure updates validation period.
* Validated partial production subset (FI docs, Pur. Req and Material docs
were archived) in conjunction with the quarterly infrastructure update
validations.
* Received fix from SAP for MM_EKKO (Purchasing documents) archiving bug.
Goals for the coming period:
----------------------------
* Resume and complete MM_EKKO archiving
* Archive as many archiving objects as possible in SF3.
The following objects are considered for the subset but can only be
archived once MM_EKKO has been archived:
. CO_COSTCTR - Cost center - all data (incl. center master)
. PS_PROJECT - Project system: Operative structures
. FM_DOC_FI - FI individual funds management items
. CO_ORDER - Orders with transaction data
. SD_VBAK - Sales documents
. FM_DOC_OI - Commitments in funds management
. CO_ITEM - CO line items
* Develop formal timeline for the production subset project.
* Update Website and project documentation.
