accomplishments past period:
- met with esther yanow to catch her up to what is going on in the
project and to get her going with some work in the management of
documentation and testing
- offered more guidance and assistance to fss with their efforts to
move forward with using casetracker for their change management
process
- participated in a second discussion around casetracker policy and
administration issues

goals for coming period:
- establish better project overview of different pieces of work
including design, development, documentation and testing.
- draft some initial casetracker rules of use to open the discussion
around policy to a broader audience
- move email and web enhancements from test into production
- do preliminary tracking of expenses to facilitate the creation of a
casetracker budget should the decision be made to do so.
- determine timing for upgrading production machine to oracle 8.1.7
- follow-up with east about moving some casetracker work into their workspace

issues:
- there may be more competing demands coming from workplan teams
and/or from the policy and administration effort as to the future
direction of casetracker

key learning:
- casetracker continues to provide a very stable and reliable service
even when our attention is focused elsewhere

team dynamics:
- esther is a wonderful addition to the team
