General Accomplishments for August 2001:

- Established plan for Jana and Kelley to acquire laptops
- Began discussions with Jerry Isaacson re remote access to EDI config software
- Two team members have chosen their required pair of individual EC3 modules
- Worked with Elena McCall to generate draft job description which
was circulated for comments

Goals for August 2001:

- Provide Coeus 3.8 to UCLA and UCSD for testing
- Test Coeus 3.8 and fix any problems
Accomplishments for August 2001:
-------------------------------------------------
- Working on Coeus 3.8
- Provided Coeus 3.8 Beta to UCLA, UCSD and Purdue; Purdue reported a
few problems that were fixed.
- Coeus 3.8 testing is still going on
- Made two changes to Coeus to SAP feed logic.
- Working on a web interface to provide results of human subjects
training on the web.
Goals for September 2001:

- Complete EDI 850 transaction upload to Coeus
- Test Coeus 3.8 and fix any problems
- Complete Conflict of Interest module in Coeus
- Continue Java learning excercise

Because of Kelly's and Jana's vacation only necessary production
support is planned for August.
Telecom Accomplishments for August 2001:

- Fixed 52 service orders.
- Produced 8 ad-hoc reports.
- Made 1 new client installation.
- Sent initial feed of IP addresses with corresponding cost objects
to Garry Zacheiss for incorporating this information in Moira.
Telecom Goals for September 2001:
---------------------------------
- Make modifications for splitting Tether revenue cost object from Network.
- Start testing ICE-9 on development machine for 5ESS Switch replacement.
- Start analyzing what can be done for eliminating TNS related
charges billed via JVs.
Issues:
- Jana and Kelly had 2 weeks vacations each.
- Calling Card Usage tape was not processed in August billing due
problems with delivery. We expect August and September tapes
processed in September .
