Accomplishments for the past period:

they've acknowledged a problem with the postscript transformer
- drafted letter to users of EP1 (HP8100) to prep them for conversion
of EP1 from APS to IPM

Goals for the coming period:
- work with ASST to ensure a smooth transition to production mode (move
pillage to E40, backups, op docs, etc.) (carryover)
- test automated processing of LPR print files and put in production
- review and approve accounting software written by IBM
- further revise WBS

Issues:
We're a little behind on our schedule but still okay given our
customers' schedules. Project leader was out for two weeks of
vacation. One team member was significantly pulled into other
work. A key member of ASST was out for two weeks due to an injury
which has delayed the ASST transition tasks.

Key learnings:
 none

Team dynamics:
 Good.
