Accomplishments in May
-----------------------------------------
- Successful integration test for Benefits roll out. Outstanding test areas
include Data Warehouse extract and reports, daily feed from Cyborg to SAP and
transmissions to benefit carriers.
- Pilot training class conducted with key business owners.
- Completed 3rd full file conversion of legacy data to SAP. Each iteration has
resulted in higher success rate than previous conversion.
- SAP Solutions Review, a QA service of SAP, was conducted of the Benefits
configuration and rollout. Benefits team received a terrific rating and other
than putting more emphasis on the daily feed from Cyborg SAP consultant had no
high risk items to report.
- Received approval of project sponsors and ASPCC for remaining Process Teams,
their sequence and timing.
- Applicant Tracking process team submitted their final report.
- Employment Verification process team completed a draft of their final report
to present to Design Review Team.
Goals for June
-------------------------
- Reduce the risk of the daily feed from Cyborg to SAP. This will be
accomplished primarily by putting additional resources on the activity.
- Finalize the conversion weekend schedule.
- Kickoff next wave of 5 business process redesign teams.
- Draft the detail project communication plan.
- Develop a plan for initial setup and ongoing maintenance of ITS and IVR
users.
Issues
--------
- ITS Communication 500 Error. We are planning on conducting community testing
of three ITS transactions in July but need this to be resolved prior to this
test.
- Insuring Lincoln Lab has the proper resources available to support Benefits
rollout and the Business Process Teams.
