Accomplishments
- Met with and worked with Sloan, Dean's Representatives, Housing
Office, Graduate Officers, and Admissions
- Planned three new processes for new undergraduate students, new
Sloan students, and new graduate students
- Worked with warehouse team and SSIT to get information on new
students in Warehouse earlier than last year
- Revised Coupon and wrote new web documentation
- Talked to support teams about new processes and possible help calls
and requests
- Printed Coupons for new undergraduate students and sent to
Admissions for mailing
- Authorized housing and Sloan people to reprint 1 of replacement Coupons
- New undergraduate students are now registering
- Discovered we need a new project team for end of summer to revise
the process for next year to handle new Sloan procedures and possibly
authentication of Admissions applicants.
Next Month's Plans
- Produce Coupons for Sloan mailing
- Produce Coupons for Graduate student mailings by departments
- Plan final mailing with MIT directory information
