Geez, Mike, you're right. It never got transferred from the original
TRANS-IT document in the PREPARE/BUILD RELEASE segment.
The TRANSIT had the following for the "do it" tasks:
Protype & build components
Set up databases, load files, programs, and components
Please suggest any language changes. Also, I'll add an explicit build/buy
decision in DESIGN SYSTEM.
