Accomplishments Past Period:
* Completed regression testing for Phase I rollout in E40
* Defined requirements for alerts and notifications reports
* Configured reports
* Installed and configured Vault product for coordinating offsite media storage
* Started documentation and training for DOST on tape vaulting procedures
* Setup space in W91 for offsite E40 tapes.
* Went live with Phase I rollout in E40 on September 18.
* Tuned, debugged and fixed backup processes and configuration
* Determined that even though the Veritas Advanced Reporter might be
useful, it is not available for Tru64 Unix at this time.
Goals for the Coming Period
* Determine requirements and dates for rollout of online db backups in E40
* Determine requirements for rollouts in W91
* Create fiber network of ATL-based tape drives in W91
* Install NetBackup in W91
* Setup initial configuration of NetBackup in W91
