accomplishments past period:
- reviewed pre-discovery notes along with all other reported development
requests and sorted into themes for potential discovery efforts
- exported copy of data from production and imported into test server
- reviewed online descriptions of service levels and types of services
offered by asst; documented our specific additional concerns/requests in
preparation for conversation with asst.
- sent preliminary note to circle.com (natural intelligence) inquiring
about availability of server side java expertise for hire.
- continued to inquire among internal resources about availability and
interest in assisting with design of next phase work.
- met with representatives from ODSUE-IT/SSIT to assist in their decision
to move forward with using Casetracker
goals for coming period:
- continue to hunt for internal java resource
- have more detailed conversation with circle.com regarding development
resources for hire
- move email and web enhancements from test into production
- populate it partners access list with a small set of "testers"
- meet with greg anderson to discuss next steps for discovery effort(s)
issues:
- lack of internal java server expertise at a time when the next phase of
work is to focus on the server and architecture issues

- be persistent!!
