Accomplishments for the past period:
- Met with Parlance to discuss looping of Automated Attendant when all MIT
operators were busy.
- Parlance modified the message to remind callers that when the operators
are busy they will return to the automated attendant.
Goals for the coming period:
-Get a timeline for writing an Automated Call Distribution that will queue
customers when all operators are busy.
- Write a delivery final report.
Issues:
Freeing up resources for writing the ACD.

Additional comments:
Hopefully we will be able to declare this project completed to Phase 1 by
the end of the next period.
