Good afternoon,
Many of you participated in the discussion last June that focused on
communications and interactions among the project processes (Discovery,
Delivery, and Integration) and the Support Process. To follow-up on
activities since that combined meeting, we would like to invite you to the
next discussion with team leaders from Support, Discovery, Delivery, and
Integration.
When: Friday, March 17
10:30 - 12:00 (food will be available at 10:15)
Where: N42 Demo Center
Agenda:
I. Introduction: Greg and Bill - 10 minutes
II. Small Group discussions - 50 minutes
The focus for the small group discussions will be "Support Guidelines: How
to Include Support on IS Project Teams" . This draft document is available
at http://web.mit.edu/is/support/guidelines.html . Support Guidelines is a
product of the discussions last June. As a DRAFT, these small group
conversations will be constructive suggestions for improvement. Please note
as well that the overall intent is to enrich these guidelines with links to
additonal information that are currently under development.
The goals of these small group conversations are:
- How can these guidelines be improved
- What is missing, what is unclear
- What additional information / links will enhance these guidelines so that
they will be useful for everyone.
