provide.

The agenda for the meeting is:

I. Opening: capture roundtable items (10 minutes)

II. Project Management pages & Keeping Operational Plan Alive! - Tim

III. Project metrics discussion: what would be useful, meaningful measures
to capture in the project space. (40 minutes)
This is a beginning discussion to identify measures that are
aligned with the customer focus of the IS Strategic Plan. Outcomes of the
discussion are:

2. Of those measures, which are most relevant to our project work and
worthwhile. We want to identify just a few measures, not many.
3. Discuss how to begin to capture and build those measures efficiently
4. Identify how each of you can begin to capture those measures within your
own project(s).

IV. Roundtable: 20 minutes

V. Next meeting: Friday, Jan. 14, 2000, E19-732.
