Hello,
The purpose of this message is to request that Discovery, Delivery, and
Integration Team Leaders reserve a date for a "project" team leaders
meeting. The first one is scheduled for 10-12AM Friday 1/15/1999 in
N42-286. Greg, Susan, and I think there is believe there is enough common
"project" material to warrant future meetings at about one month intervals.
So the next two tenative dates are 2/19 and 3/19/1999.
For this meeting, there are 2 major topics. First, Dani Aivizian will
update us and then get our reactions to the work on Team Formation. The
HRPD (Human Resources Practices Development) Reengineering group is the
sponsor of this work, which has MIT-wide applicability. Second, we would
like to discuss the directions for the Project Database and parallel
efforts for improving our project skill sets.
