Hello,
At the 11/6 Joint Discovery/Delivery Leader's meeting, we again have 2
major topics appropriate for group discussion. First, Dani Aivizian would
like to use us as a "focus group" for the investigation on Team Formation.
The HRPD (Human Resources Practices Development) Reengineering group is the
sponsor of this work, which has MIT-wide applicability. Second, we need to
work with Wade (and Brenda) on plans for better local Project Management
capabilities. Wade may be interested in starting a SIG or sponsoring a
IAP-like event on PM skills.
Friday, November 6th from 10AM to Noon in N42-286.
