* Hiring status
* Project DB update + training
* ITLT update, including purpose and meeting practices
* Project Mgmt.Institute and local SIG news
* Updating Delivery Process Map for project "decommisioning" and
package software acquisition
2. (75 Minutes) Five Year Plan Discussion
3. (20 minutes) Abbreviated Roundtable
up to 2 minutes on whatever you deem relevant, but especially mention
items like
* Milestones achieved or coming into focus
* Adjustments you want to make
* Resource Needs
4. Topics for next meetings. Updated Delivery Goals?

1. (20 minutes) Status/Announcements
* Hiring status
Were very nearly fully staffed fro the first time in a long while.
* Project DB update + training
Been getting a few new suggestions from recent use of the PDB.
With other work and resources being as they are, a big initiative
for the project database makes little sense at this time. Instead
we're going to make an inventory of what we know. Maybe do some
requirements analysis, wish list making, etc.
Bill and Mike are going to hold a meeting to kick off this activity.
* ITLT update, including purpose and meeting practices
* Project Mgmt.Institute and local SIG news
They moved so our enrollment was delayed.
Bill and Lorraine attended the PMI dinner at the Aquarium.
* Updating Delivery Process Map for project "decommisioning" and
package software acquisition
A get-together for lunch or a party of some sort is a really good thing
to have as a project transition activity.

Did a group discussion of how and what of IS. The notes will be sent out
in a separate message.
3. (20 minutes) Abbreviated Roundtable
Most of the folks just passed.
Other items were really quick and blew by before I could transcribe them.
Reid is getting together with Pete Kelley on W91 server issues.
