Hello, this is a reminder that the next Delivery Leader's meeting is
Friday, June 26 10AM-noon in N42-286. Bill Hogue will be joining us to
discuss our work with the Support process.
Also please note item 3, Delivery "directional" issues. In this one, you
are asked to think about reaching more "delivery-type" people in IS and IT.
Following that, we will briefly discuss the utility of updating the
Delivery model to account for "packaged" software acquisition, rather than
the traditional in-house development model.
