I think this would be a mistake. I believe people should read the
published notes, and we can then use the ITLT Update to answer
questions, provide feedback, comment, collect ideas, and otherwise
make sure that communications between ITLT and the Delivery Team
Leaders is a two-way street, with lots of traffic.
I.e., I would recommend changing the structure and usage of the time a
bit to reflect the public ITLT-notes, NOT dropping the agenda item.
