Everyone,
I invite you to attend the Discovery Team Leaders meeting
(expanded) this Friday, March 6, 1998, from 10 - 12 in N42 (conference room
number to be determined).
The primary agenda topic, from 10 - 11 is a conversation with the
Practice Directors: Dennis, Theresa, and Vijay. The purpose of the
conversation is to increase our knowledge and understanding of how work
moves from Practice into the work processes, especially Discovery (and
Integration), and to help us understand the current realities and how we
can work together to realize a preferred model.
I hope you can plan to attend as I believe these conversations are
critical to how we understand our organizational model and the work we are
trying to accomplish.
The second hour will be used to for ITLT report, project high/low
points and group therapy to resolve issues/move obstacles.
