Delivery Team Leaders,
Attached is a diagram from a Dani Aivizian message. At a recent ITLT,
this diagram was introduced to help frame a discussion on project
priorities. I'd like to ask your assistance to extend it further. Please
classify your projects in one of the five (0,1,2,3,4) areas below and email
it to me by 2/25. I'll then compile the responses for the 2/27 Delivery
meeting, where we can do some consistency checking and adjusting if need
be.
Your cooperation is appreciated,
Thanks, Bob

ITLT should vet the below "start-up" priorities matrix by teams
and team leaders. Does this help ITLT communicate IS priorities
so that staff can eventually set their own priorities?
