Based on experience from six or nine months ago, some team leaders may
think it's easier to send Bob e-mail than to use the project-db on the
web. This is no longer true, assuming you already have an MIT
certificate.

If you forget the URL and lose this mail message, remember that it's the
link to "a page showing your projects" on http://web.mit.edu/project-db/
It will save you the trouble of remembering what your projects are and
typing them into a mail message. Simply click on "Modify" across from
the project name. You'll go straight to the section of the "modify
project" page that has the current Q achievement and next quarter goal.
While you're there you can change any other info that needs updating, if
you like. When done, scroll down and click on "Modify Project". You're
done until next quarter!
