Delivery Project Team Leaders,
The purpose of this note is to give you a brief update on MIT's Year 2000
evaluation efforts, and to let you know what we need from you. On December
23, we will be wrapping up the Assessment phase of our project, and
reporting out the results that we have shortly after the New Year. In
addition to our work on existing systems, we wanted to make sure that
systems that were in the delivery phase of their lives were also adequated
represented in the report.
I've used the project-db list of active delivery projects as a starting
point. I'm asking each of you to fill out one short Web survey for each
project that you're currently leading--it should take about 10-15 minutes
to fill out. If your project has changed status (e.g., is in Service now,
not Delivery), let us know. Here are the projects and project leaders on
