One team scheduled to take the December 4 and 5 "Building High Performing
Teams" workshop recently asked to move to the spring session.
Thus there is space available for one team to enroll in the upcoming
December workshop. It is especially helpful when an entire team takes it
together.

BUILDING HIGH PERFORMING TEAMS
==============================
Dates: December 4 and 5
(attend both sessions)
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Location: W89 (301 Vassar)
Based on concepts of group/team development, this course explains the
dimensions of creating an open, productive team-based environment. It
illustrates the importance of shared responsibility for success. Key
topics include:
- identifying the four levels of team development
- matching your style appropriately to the team's development level
- implementing practices of high performing teams
- increasing team-based communication skills
- analyzing and managing typical problems found in teams
- creating a clear team vision and purpose
- using effective teambuilding techniques throughout the life of the team.
