    Mention Visual Studio 2010 SP1 in windows README
    
    The service pack is needed to avoid a linker error due to an
    issue with the cvtres.exe utility, which manifests as
    LINK: fatal error LNK1123: failure during conversion to COFF: file
    invalid or corrupt.
