What machine are you running? I'm in oz as well,and i didn't have
any problems. Try the major Euro sites for all US-export-controlled
software - i think nic.funet.fi would be a good place to start. I don't
know the directory structure on the machine, but it will be under
<something>/util/crypt most likely. See previous posts for version numbers.
