Another reasonable use of the list, besides crypto theory and
figuring out how to implement the technology in code,
is discussing applications for crypto techniques - what works,
what doesn't work, how does method x enhance or weaken users' privacy,
what kind of problems could benefit from use of crypto.
Part of that discussion is technical, part of it's economics,
part of it's inherently political.
