There is nothing strange or inappropriate in ANS' decision to form a
501(c)3 not-for-profit and then form a for-profit subsidiary. It would
only be strange to an accountant if there were no separation. The
separation in chartering implies a separation in accounting.
There is plenty of precedent for ANS' approach to this.
