I may have been misunderstood on this one.  I am not concerned that BIX
and Prodogy are not accesable thru the INTERNET.  WHat I am concerned 
about is what appears to be a polarization of the various providers in
the INTERNET arena.  I fear we may someday want to access dialog.com and
have to ask first "Which INTERNET are they on and does our INTERNET talk
to their INTERNET?"
