I would expect that you "telnet dialog.com" .... but a traceroute
from here shows the packets getting dropped somewhere in ANS t3-land
(possibly because we are commercial and CERFnet may not have signed up
for COMmercial BITs ??)

Rather than my regional executing the ANS agreements, I would find it
desirable for ANS to sign the CIX pact.
