Brad,
Merit and ANS have published some status reports on the T3 network in
prior months on the mailing lists for the midlevel/regional/customer technical
liasons we support, and the Internet Monthly reports document. In the next
few days I will place these older reports on the ftp.ans.net machine for
anonymous FTP. We are working on some general public documents that describe
some T3 experiences as well as our near term technical plans for IP and OSI
switching services.
Also, there will be a Merit Advanced Topics Seminar meeting in Ann
Arbor on 1/23-24 where many of these topics will be discussed if you are
interested. Information on this meeting is available from your local regional
network administrators.
