Gordon - All of the nodes are installed, live, and capable of carrying
traffic. Some of the T3 ENSS gateways which coexist at sites with T1 backbone
gateways are not yet carrying full production traffic since the routing has
not yet been configured for the use of T3 as the primary path versus T1. We
expect this to change at several midlevel sites in the coming weeks.
