You've all made some pretty hard statements. I want to see a smoking
gun. I want to see evidence that the $10 million extension was
improper. According to the letters, the contract was reviewed. I
want to know just what the FACTS are in the restraint of trade.
I want to see evidence that NSF ever owned any equipment. Just
precisely what was supposed to be the eye opening information in the
letters Bill presented? to quote Tom Hanks from _Big_, I don't get
it.
If there has been a transgression, as a customer and an active member
of the Internet, I would love to understand it. But so far, as best I
can tell, I've only seen loose accusations.
And doesn't all this really side step the major question: is the
network mature enough for NSF to stop funding money to the center (as
they see it)?
