Hi all,
A CIX/FRIX/FIX question. I thought that some incarnation of these
entities would allow regionals and/or commercial sites to send traffic to each
other without the need to send the information over the currently restricted
NSF (read T1) or ANS (read T3) backbones. If this is true, and my regional
joins a CIX, then why would I want my regional to sign an ANS gateway agreement?
