<Ahem> It's a government-*sponsored* resource.  NSF doesn't own the gateway.

But the short-form answer is "Yes, under the same conditions as ANS."  There
are enough variables, however, that we need to meet to find out exactly what
you have in mind.  You and/or Bill and I plus a Merit person should get
together to discuss implementation.  I'll be away until the 30th December,
but anytime in January except the 7th, 8th, 16th, 27th, 29th, or 31st is ok.
