I note that it doesn't mention the CIX at all, nor does it hint at their
plans, if any, for interconnection to/with it.
I'll be interested to see if I can route to Dialog from here when it
goes up; perhaps I'll post some traceroutes to com-priv. I'll also try
it from a couple "clean R&E bits" sites, as well as another "evil dirty
commercial network bits" location or two.
This announcement really raises more questions than answers for me...
