Subject: Internet paranoia VICTORY

Hello all,

Well, it looks like we won "round one"! I received an e-mail from
DISA DDN PMO today that said the J6 staff had decided we need to
keep the internet connection to MILNET "for the time being". Not
sure if all of our messages helped but the e-mail I got said that
"messages had been forwarded to DISA". If it helped, then several
of you out there (you know who you are [ET]) can take a great deal
of the credit for running with the ball after I dropped it on you.
Guess the pen was mighty but the keyboard beats it!

Hugh Preston
