The issue of changing (eliminating?) the Acceptable Use policies has
come up over and over again. IMHO, they are out of date and cause far
more problems than they seem to solve. I think that many will agree
with me. Could someone from the other side say something? Steve, do
you have any comments, since your opinion is likely to have at least a
little weight :-).
Does the NREN bill have an Acceptable Use policy? Is it the same or
different from the NSFnet? Is there any requirement that they be the
same?
